IH London

International House London is a charitable trust founded in 1953 by John and Brita Haycraft, whose work produced the first teacher training qualification that became the Cambridge CELTA. Teaching for over 65 years, it now runs adult, exam, teacher-training and Young Learner provision from its Covent Garden school and Young Learner centres across the UK, with all teachers CELTA-qualified and many holding the Delta. The trust is registered in England and Wales as a company limited by guarantee (No 1239120) and as a charity (No 270860), and reinvests its profits into the learning experience.
