Publish your camp profile, add your dates and prices, and families can send requests through World Camps — that is Marketplace Partner, with no annual fee. A Pro or Premium licence lets you handle requests and family payments through your own process, links your website and shows how families find you. How much does it cost?

Creating an account, claiming your listing and putting your dates online are free. Publishing your dates is what opens requests: your camp is then a Marketplace Partner, with no annual fee — a service fee applies only when a family books and pays through World Camps. Pro and Premium licences have an annual fee per camp profile and let you handle requests and payments yourself. We show the applicable fees before you choose an option.

What happens when a family requests to book?

Accepted Answer

You review the request and decide whether to accept or decline it. A family is not automatically enrolled. You can ask questions before making your decision, and the payment process follows the option you have chosen.

How can we tell whether a camper is a good fit?

Accepted Answer

You can review the information supplied with the request, including the preferred session and the camper's age. Where relevant and provided, this can also include gender and experience or skill level — for example, language level or sporting ability. You can ask the family for more information before confirming.

How do you help families choose the right camp?

Accepted Answer

Families can explore camps according to their preferences, including dates, destination, age range, activities and type of programme. Our AI camp advisor helps them narrow down the options, and our team can provide personal guidance when needed. Camp profiles give families the practical details to compare their choices. The camp makes the final decision about suitability, and families and camps can use World Camps messages to resolve any remaining questions.

Can we speak with a family before accepting a request?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can exchange messages through World Camps, answer their questions and ask your own before deciding whether to confirm the booking.

Who collects the family's payment?

Accepted Answer

That depends on the option you choose. With World Camps Checkout, the family pays through World Camps. With an eligible visibility membership using direct booking requests, you arrange and collect payment through your own process. The terms for either approach are explained during setup.

Are there any obligations on our side?

Accepted Answer

You are not obligated in any way. You have the freedom to deactivate your camp or account at any time.

Can we manage more than one camp?

Accepted Answer

Yes. One account can manage several camps. Each camp has its own profile, its own sessions and its own way of working with World Camps, chosen camp by camp.
