The Village Spain Summer Language Camp Avilés

The Village Spain is not just a camp. It is a magical place, located in Asturias, on the northern coast of Spain, between the beach and the mountains, in a privileged location and with a mild temperature throughout the summer. And every year, during the month of July, in two fortnights, it is filled with “Villagers” and once finished, it disappears, leaving a great void inside us, until we can meet again the following year. Two independent programs for KIDS (8 to 12 years old) and TEENS (13 to 17 years old) where our motto is: Safety, fun and English! LOCATION AND FACILITIES A luxury experience With accommodation in a modern 4-star Hotel & Spa -in double or triple rooms with en suite bathrooms- and many hours of fun practicing their favorite sports on our international 53.000sq m campus with great green areas, tennis, paddle-tennis, soccer and basketball courts, -indoors and outdoors- and a sports complex -with an indoor and outdoor pool- that counts with the most innovative technology and the latest generation sports equipment. And let’s not forget Salinas beach, a 3km long seashore where they will live unforgettable moments, stare at the best sunsets and even surfing. INTERNATIONAL COACHES at the Village there are no teachers, coaches are family. Our staff of national and international coaches -that come from different English-speaking countries- are selected among university students, actors, athletes, artists, musicians... Dynamic and fun young people who will give the “Villagers” the opportunity to travel the world in one day: they will have breakfast with an American coach, lunch with an Irish one, snack with a Spaniard or dinner with an Australian. 1 to 5 Our key to success without a doubt to achieve internationalization 1 coach for every 5 participants during 12-14 hours of daily activity. This way we ensure that all our “villagers” have personalized attention and can enjoy their favorite activities in a safe environment and with constant supervision. They will not miss a single detail of all the adventures we have prepared for them. THE VILLAGE ACADEMIES & DAILY ACTIVITIES Footballl, Basketball, Tennis, Padel-tennis, Broadway, the Village Chef, Media and Surfing. They will be able to practice basketball with federated coaches, soccer with professional players, they will dance and sing under the direction of international actors and singers, they will cook the best international and national recipes or they will surf the waves of Salinas beach with experienced surfers. Each “academy” is an adventure to discover, but in addition, we will do some treasure hunting, get lost in nature, practice water activities, etc. OUR VILLAGERS Participants from all over Spain and International students. Native and non-native English speakers mix at all times, living together in a common language, guaranteeing an international experience that will remain in their memories for a lifetime. New friendships, new experiences, endless afternoons, games, sports, dances, routes, excursions, barbecues, snacks that are devoured, laughter and tears when saying goodbye.
