Summer Camp in Barcelona

ISC builds its camps on four pillars, language courses, sport, culture and leisure, and in Barcelona the programme sold is the Spanish + Leisure package, which pairs classroom Spanish with an activity and culture programme or sport programme. Mornings belong to Spanish lessons in level groups, afternoons to sports or leisure activities and outings around the city, and evenings to organised activities with the camp team before the group heads back to the residence. Because everything is all-inclusive, students only have to decide how long to stay, with one, two, three or four week options available. The mix of nationalities is central to how the programme works: activities are deliberately shared across the whole group so that Spanish becomes the natural language between teenagers who arrive as strangers.

Students are housed together in an ISC student residence in Barcelona, where they can choose between a quiet single room or a shared bunk-bed room with other campers. Beyond the bedrooms, the residence gives the group places to be together: a lounge area for relaxing and socialising, a dining area where all meals are served, a meeting room used for group activities and briefings, and a rooftop pool that becomes the natural spot for free time on warm afternoons. ISC residences come with fully equipped bathrooms, air conditioning and free internet access throughout.
