Overview
Expanish’s Summer Camp in Madrid offers teens ages 12–17 a balanced and immersive way to learn Spanish in Spain’s capital. Students study in small classes with experienced teachers and spend their time in an international environment that encourages communication, confidence, and independence.
With a flexible program structure, supportive staff, and 24/7 supervision, the camp provides a safe and enriching summer experience where students improve their Spanish, connect with peers from around the world, and discover Madrid through everyday life and culture.

Language lessons
A personalized, engaging, and student-focused educational program designed to immerse students in a dynamic learning experience. Throughout, we maintain a lighthearted and playful approach, ensuring that classes are enjoyable. Our teachers, all native speakers, bring a wealth of experience to create a vibrant and effective learning environment. Our classes nurture the development of the four essential language skills: speaking, reading, writing, and oral comprehension. 20 lessons per week taught entirely in Spanish All class material is included Maximum 12 students per class Classes are held on the residence premises.

Schedule
Sunday – Arrival & Welcome
Arrival day with orientation and a guided residence tour. In the evening, enjoy dinner followed by a welcome activity to get to know the group. Sleep time.
Monday – Madrid City Discovery
Morning Spanish class, followed by lunch and free time. In the afternoon, take part in a guided walking tour through central Madrid, exploring historic neighborhoods and landmarks. After shower and dinner, enjoy a relaxed group activity. Sleep time.
Tuesday – Intercultural Skills & Parks
Spanish class in the morning, then lunch and free time. In the afternoon, participate in an intercultural communication workshop focusing on confidence and expression, followed by outdoor games in one of Madrid’s parks. Shower and dinner, then free time. Sleep time.
Wednesday – Public Speaking & Culture
Morning Spanish class combined with a confidence-in-public-speaking session in Spanish. Lunch and free time. In the afternoon, enjoy a cultural visit or creative workshop connected to Madrid’s traditions. Shower and dinner, followed by free time. Sleep time.
Thursday – Well-being & City Life
Spanish class in the morning, lunch, and free time. In the afternoon, attend a mindfulness and well-being workshop, followed by supervised group activities around the city. Shower and dinner, then a relaxed evening outing. Sleep time.
Friday – Graduation & Farewell
Morning Spanish class and graduation ceremony. Lunch and free time in the afternoon. In the evening, celebrate the end of the week with a farewell party. Sleep time.
Saturday – Excursion Day
Full-day group excursion to a nearby attraction or destination outside Madrid. After returning, shower and dinner, followed by free time. Sleep time.
Accommodation & facilities
Overnight campers stay in double rooms at Resa Vallehermoso Residence, situated next to
Chamartín & Moncloa neighborhoods, just a few minutes from the city center, and right next to
a big green park.

Location
The nearest airport to Expanish Madrid Summer Camp is Aeropuerto Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas. Airport pickup is available upon request. Expanish will provide a flight arrival window for students to use ourgroup transfer service at €75 one way, €130 return. All flight details are required 15 days before arrival at the latest. For students requiring airline unaccompanied minor assistance,Expanish provides supervision at the airport until the flight departs. This service costs €60 for up to 3 hours.
