Life at Oberwesel follows a simple, reassuring rhythm: German lessons in the morning in small international groups of twenty or twenty-four lessons a week, then an afternoon and evening given over to activities, with did staff looking after the children from morning until night. Because classrooms, bedrooms and cafeteria all sit on one self-contained campus above the village, children move between lessons, meals and play without ever leaving the site. Afternoons are spent together rather than chosen individually - the group heads out to the soccer field or the table tennis tables, or settles into the studio for creative projects with the counsellors. Weekends belong to discovering the Mid-Rhine Valley, and entry fees, activities and a local transport pass are all part of the package, so nothing has to be negotiated on the spot. With classmates arriving from Russia, Italy, Ukraine, Bulgaria, Spain, Mexico, Turkey, Switzerland and Japan, German quickly becomes the natural language of the football pitch as well as the classroom.

All staff members are carefully selected and provide an up-to-date extended police record (not older than 3 months prior to camp start), they take part in a first aid course before the camp and an intensive training with did to be aware of all health and safety meassures according to the requirements of the FDSV.
Meals
The camp provides full board with three meals a day, served in the residence cafeteria on the self-contained campus where lessons and accommodation are located.
Screen time policy
not allowed during classes and only if approved by camp managers or teachers. Mobile phone should be switched off at night.

Accommodations are comfortable, and the dedicated staff ensures the well-being and safety of every participant. The camp provides a holistic experience that combines education, recreation, and cultural enrichment, making it the perfect destination for a summer filled with fun and learning. All rooms are furnished with Bunkbeds, wardrobe for clothing storage. Bed linens and towels are provided. Good to know: On arrival you receive fresh towels: exchanged once per week. You must bring your own beach towels (i.e., for the swimming pool). Meals are provided on site and include a breakfast buffet, packed lunch or snack and a dinner buffet on site.

Drop-off at the residence
Families driving to the camp bring their child straight to the residence on the hill above Oberwesel, at Auf dem Schoenberg, 55430 Oberwesel, next to Schoenburg Castle, where classrooms and bedrooms share one campus.
