Provider — How World Camps Works

Your Plan and What It Unlocks

Updated 14 Oct 2026

Plans on World Camps are set per camp, not per account — if you run several camps, each can be on a different plan. Nobody chooses a plan to get started: your camp gets one the day it publishes its dates.

The plans

  • Marketplace Partner — where every camp lands once it has saved its first dates & prices with the Marketplace terms and its business registration and liability insurance are verified. No annual fee. From that day your dates are online and families send requests through World Camps. If you turn on online payments (Get paid: Stripe, deposit, cancellation policy), World Camps keeps a service fee on each booking paid through Checkout — nothing on requests you settle yourselves.
  • Pro / Premium — the same, plus you collect payments your own way (bank transfer, your own payment link, or on arrival) with structured payment details sent to families automatically, a link to your own website, and how families discover your camp. Premium adds Featured placement across discovery, the Insights section with deeper analytics and data export, and more team members (10 vs 3), videos (3 vs 1) and photos (unlimited vs 50).

What changes as you move up

  • Requests from families: open once your dates & prices are online and your two documents are verified — on every plan.
  • Online payments through World Camps: on Marketplace, Pro and Premium once you connect Stripe and set your deposit and cancellation policy (Get paid).
  • Collecting payments yourself, with payment details sent automatically: Pro and Premium.
  • Reading messages from families: always on, on every camp.
  • Replying to families: opens with your dates & prices.
  • Publishing sessions without the Child safety confirmation: Pro and Premium skip that step; every other camp needs it.
  • AI reply drafts: included on Pro and Premium, 25 a month on Marketplace Partner.
  • Photos and videos: higher limits on the licences.
  • Team members: 1 on a Free Listing, 10 on Marketplace Partner, 3 on Pro, 10 on Premium — counted across your account on your highest camp plan. Moving to a plan with fewer members never removes anyone; you simply can't add people until you're back within the number.
  • Discounts and add-ons: optional extras, discounts and fees families see when they book.

Locked, not hidden

Wherever a feature needs a higher plan — or simply your dates online — you'll still see it, locked, with what it takes to unlock it. We never hide a feature or quietly swap it for something else.

When your annual plan ends

If your Pro or Premium plan ends and is not renewed, your camp page stays online and families can still write to you. What happens to your dates depends on your setup:

  • Your Marketplace setup is complete — business registration and liability insurance verified, Stripe connected, deposit and cancellation policy saved. Your camp stays on Marketplace Partner: your dates stay online and families keep sending requests, with no annual fee. Online payments pause until you accept the Marketplace terms (or renew your plan) from Get paid.
  • Your Marketplace setup is not complete — your dates and prices go offline and your camp returns to the setup steps. Finish them to put your dates back online and choose how families book. Marketplace Partner is reached by completing the setup, never kept by default.

You receive one e-mail the day your plan ends, with the link to the step that applies to you.

Where to see your plan

Your Plan & billing page (Business → Plan & billing) shows each camp's plan, price and renewal date — one card per camp. A camp without a plan simply reads "No dates yet" with its next step.
