Where a Family's Conversation Lives in Your Dashboard

Updated 12 Sept 2026

Every message a family sends you — from a camp page, from an enquiry e-mail you replied to, or around a booking — ends up in one place.

Messages, in your dashboard

Open Messages in the left-hand navigation of your dashboard. Each row is one family; open it to read the whole conversation and reply. The link "Open this conversation in your dashboard" in an enquiry e-mail takes you straight to the right thread.

One conversation per family and camp

A family has a single conversation with each of your camps. The first enquiry, the questions that follow and the booking that may come later all live in the same thread — you never have to look for an earlier exchange. When a booking exists, its details are shown next to the conversation.

If you run several camp profiles, each conversation belongs to one of them: the camp's name is shown in the thread and on the camp card of every enquiry e-mail.

Who sees it

Everyone on your team with access to your organisation (Business → Team & roles) reads the same inbox and can reply — the family always sees your camp's name, whoever writes. Replies sent by e-mail from a team member's own address land in the same thread.

How you are told

A new message lights up the bell in your dashboard and sends one e-mail per conversation — while that conversation still has unread messages, no further e-mail is sent for it. You choose which e-mails you receive under Notifications in your dashboard.
