Attaching a Brochure or PDF to a Reply

Yes — a brochure, a price list or a sample programme often answers a family's question better than a paragraph, and a PDF travels well.
From your inbox on World Camps
Open the conversation and use the attachment button in the composer. You can send images (JPEG, PNG, WebP, GIF) and PDF files, up to 10 MB per file. The family sees the file in the conversation and opens it through a secure link — attachments are never public.
From your own e-mail app
Replying by e-mail works with attachments too: attach the file to your reply as you normally would. The same rules apply — images and PDFs only, up to 10 MB per file and 10 MB per e-mail in total. Other formats (Word or Excel files, ZIP archives, anything executable) and the small images that e-mail signatures carry are left out; your text still arrives in the conversation.
A few tips
- Send a PDF rather than a Word document: it opens on every phone and can't be edited by mistake.
- Keep brochures under 10 MB — compress the images before exporting.
- Anything a family must fill in before camp (medical, dietary, consent) belongs in the booking's "Required before camp" checklist, not in a file sent by e-mail.
