Paying a camp directly

Some camps take payment themselves rather than through World Camps. You can tell from the booking form: no card is asked for.

Your request goes to the camp with your child's details. Once the camp accepts, you receive their payment details — a bank transfer, a payment link, or payment on arrival — with your booking reference, for example BK-8F2K4Q. Quote it when you pay so the camp can match your payment.

After paying, tap "I've sent the payment" on your booking: the camp is told at once. Your child's place is confirmed when the camp marks your payment as received, and you are notified.

World Camps never charges you anything on these bookings. If the camp asks for a deposit or sets cancellation terms, they apply as the camp states them.
