What the camp sees about your child, and when
Updated 12 Oct 2026
Before the camp accepts your request, it sees your child's first name and age. Nothing else: no last name, no medical details.
Once the camp has accepted, and only while the booking is active, it also sees your child's date of birth and the medical, dietary and emergency-contact information you chose to share. That is what the camp needs to look after your child on site.
After the camp ends, the camp's access to the medical and emergency information closes on its own.
Every time the camp opens that information, it is recorded. You can ask for a copy of that record at any time with your data export, from your account.
You never need to e-mail forms to a camp: everything they need is in the booking. If a camp asks you to, write to us.
