Is my deposit refundable?

No, not once it has been charged. The camp's cancellation policy applies to the rest of the price, never to the deposit.

Before it is charged, you lose nothing: you can withdraw your request for free within 24 hours of sending it, and nothing is charged if the camp declines or does not answer.

If the camp cancels a booking it had accepted, you are refunded in full, deposit included.
