What a camp's cancellation policy means for you
Updated 9 Oct 2026
Each camp sets its own cancellation policy. It tells you how much of the price you get back if you cancel, depending on how far before the start you do it: for example a full refund until 30 days before the camp, then nothing.
The percentages apply to the rest of the price, never to the deposit. Once the deposit has been charged, it is not refunded, whatever the policy.
The policy also sets when you are charged: each part of the price is charged on the day it stops being refundable. So you never pay for a part you could still cancel for free.
You see the policy on the camp page, and the exact amounts and dates for your booking at the Review & Pay step. What you see there is what applies — the camp cannot change it for your booking afterwards. If you need to cancel, your booking page shows what you get back before you confirm.
