The camp cancelled my booking: am I refunded?

Yes, in full. When a camp cancels a booking it had accepted, everything you paid is refunded, deposit included, with any service fee.

The refund goes back to the card you paid with. It usually arrives within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank. You receive an e-mail when it is sent, and your booking page shows "Refunded".

If the camp has closed for good, the e-mail also suggests similar camps with places on nearby dates.
