Winter Camps

The winter programme is organised around three age-based groups — the Mini-Champions for ages three to six, the Juniors for seven to ten and the Ados for eleven and up — with children then placed in small ski groups matched to their level, from the village snow garden right up to the Ski Safari for advanced skiers. Days follow a steady mountain rhythm: breakfast, a morning on the slopes, lunch at the chalet or at altitude, more skiing after a hot-chocolate goûter, then showers, games and letters before dinner and an evening workshop led by the educators. Mid-week the whole camp takes a rest day devoted to Swiss culture and a little shopping, and the stay builds towards a final day of ski tests, a slalom, medals and prize-giving, with an internationally recognised ski certificate to take home. Families choose their stay à la carte with a minimum of two weeks, and can add language immersion or even a full academic term to the skiing. Because children are grouped by age but reunited with siblings and friends at meals, on some outings and at the evening gatherings, the atmosphere stays family-style rather than institutional.
