West End Theatre Camp at Walton Firs Activity Centre in Surrey is a five-day, four-night experience packed with adrenaline-fuelled activities, time with likeminded people, and musical theatre training with top West End actors. Campers will take on thrilling challenges like high ropes and axe throwing, enjoy arts and crafts, and create lifelong memories around the campfire. With full accommodation in our bunk house, Pod Village or bell tent village, three meals a day, and a welcoming atmosphere, they’ll connect with new and old friends while developing their passion for musical theatre. It’s the perfect mix of adventure, creativity, and performance! There’s no other experience like this—where traditional summer camp meets world-class musical theatre training with the leading actors of London’s West End!

Health, safety, and wellbeing measures at Fit the Mould’s West End Theatre Camp: •Qualified Instructors – All activity leaders are certified for the activities they run. •Flying Trapeze Safety – Operated by a professional flying trapeze company. •DBS-Checked Staff – Every staff member has undergone DBS background checks. •Qualified On-Site Catering team – All meals are prepared by a qualified chef, ensuring food safety. •Supervision & Risk Assessment – All activities are carefully risk-assessed with proper safety protocols in place. •First Aid – At least two qualified first aiders are present overnight and one present during all activities per group. •Secure Environment – A front gate is locked overnight, and the site is surrounded by a 7 Foot high fence. •Overnight Security Staff – Security personnel monitor the entrance and patrol the site regularly. •Wellbeing Officer – A wellbeing officer is available to support campers’ mental and emotional health. •On-Site Physiotherapist – Available to address any physical health concerns and injuries. These measures ensure a safe, supportive, and enjoyable experience for all campers.

At Fit the Mould’s West End Theatre Camp, we encourage campers to be fully present, engage with activities, and build lasting friendships. To maintain a positive and immersive experience, we have the following mobile phone policy: 1.Limited Use – Campers may bring mobile phones but can only use them during designated times. Phones are brought at campers own risk and FTM Camp holds no responsibility for any lost or damaged items. 2.No Use During Activities – Phones must be kept away during musical theatre training, adventure activities, and team bonding to ensure full participation. 3.Evening Access – Phones may be used during designated free time in the evenings to check in with family. 4.Emergency Contact – If parents need to reach their child outside of phone access times, they can contact camp staff directly who have access to emergency contacts. We have our 'Camp Mum' who is an available designated contact who can escalate to directors as needed. 5.On-Site Videographer and Photographer – We have a professional videographer and photographer on-site to capture all the special moments of camp, so you can enjoy the experience without distraction. Walton Firs Activity Centre is the perfect location for Fit the Mould’s (FTM) West End Theatre Camp, nestled in the heart of the Surrey Hills, out in the woods surrounded by nature. Its secluded and tranquil setting provides the ideal backdrop for campers to escape from daily distractions and immerse themselves in both adventure, creativity and nature. FTM Camp accommodation includes; The Bunk House which can accommodate up to 6 campers per room in comfortable bunk beds. A Pod Village which offers unique glamping pods that sleep 6-8 in bunk beds. We also have our small bell tents that sleep 3, and two large glamping bell tents that can accommodate 10-12. Throughout their stay, campers are guided by experienced and qualified activity leads, ensuring a safe and fun experience. Walton Firs hosts high ropes, axe throwing, archery, assualt course and much more, all hosted by their specialist staff At Fit the Mould, we take things to the next level. We build the UK’s largest outdoor performance training tent right at the camp, allowing for immersive and expansive training for musical theatre. Additionally, we bring a full-size circus flying trapeze, offering campers the unique opportunity to train on an incredible piece of circus equipment. This combination of secluded surroundings, comfortable and cozy accommodation, and thrilling activities makes for the best and most unique traditional summer camp meets musical theatre camp . Campers not only learn musical theatre from the best in the West End but also engage in unforgettable outdoor adventures that build lifelong memories.
