As a participant in our Summer Leadership Camp, your growth, confidence and comfort are our top priorities. From navigating mountain rivers, where teamwork and communication are key, to sailing on the lake, where you’ll master the winds with your crew – every moment is designed to challenge and inspire you. With the Alps, Lake Geneva and Lausanne at our doorstep, our camp brings together the very best of Switzerland.
What's Included
Morning leadership workshops supported by the International Olympic Committee, EHL Hospitality Business School of Lausanne and IMD Business School (IMD reserved for Seniors)
Afternoon outdoor adventures such as canyoning in Gruyère, a Swiss Alps expedition at Glacier 3000, nature and mountain hikes, water sports on Lake Geneva, via ferrata and high ropes courses
Evening camp activities such as bonfires and barbecues, karaoke, disco nights, gala dinners, talent shows and cooking competitions
Full-board accommodation in the Champittet Boarding House in Pully, with all meals and snacks
Bed linen and towels

Champittet runs a single two-week leadership programme with a clear and consistent rhythm: leadership workshops with certified coaches every morning, an outdoor adventure every afternoon, and a camp-wide social programme every evening. The workshops are split into two streams so the content fits the age of the camper, with Juniors working on teamwork, collaboration and confidence alongside the International Olympic Committee, EHL and Champittet counsellors, while Seniors take on leadership in action, feedback, decision-making and resilience with IMD Business School, EHL and the IOC. What is learned in the morning is deliberately tested in the afternoon, so a session about communication is followed by rafting or a ropes course where communication is the only thing that makes it work. Campers move through the fortnight in mixed international groups, with English as the shared language and rooms arranged to bring different nationalities together, and evenings bring everyone back as one camp for bonfires, talent shows, cooking competitions and gala dinners. Families can choose residential or day camp, with both following the same morning workshops and organised activities.

First-aid trained staff
On-campus medical staff available at all times. Hospital located within 15 minutes for emergency access. Comprehensive background checks for all staff, with mandatory training for all counsellors. Certified mountain guides supervise high-risk activities (canyoning, zip-line). Thorough risk assessments conducted for every activity offered Kitchen team trained to manage allergies and accommodate special dietary needs (same team that serves meals to our 770 students year-round). Regular fire drills conducted at the start of each camp session. Surveillance cameras throughout the campus
Meals
Boarders are on full board, so every meal and snack of the day is taken care of, from breakfast before the morning workshop to dinner ahead of the evening programme. The menu is freshly prepared on campus by the school's own chef, who takes real care over the quality and flavour of what reaches the table, and there is always a vegetarian option. Allergies and particular dietary requirements are accommodated when the camp knows about them in advance, and some evenings turn food into part of the fun with barbecues, cooking competitions and gala dinners. Day campers receive lunch and snacks during their day on campus.

Set among four hectares of natural spaces – and sandwiched between Lake Geneva and the Alps – our stunning location unlocks a world of opportunities. Our lakeside setting enables students to pursue outdoor passions like sailing, wakeboarding, and paddleboarding, as well as to relax, recharge, and refresh.Campers stay in our Boarding House, located in the historical building of Collège Champittet. There are two floors for girls and two floors for boys. Most rooms are doubles, though some are triples, and campers are assigned rooms based on age, gender and nationality.
