The camp is run by Casa de Campo Resort & Villas, a gated resort and villa community in La Romana on the southeast coast of the Dominican Republic that has been operating for more than four decades. The property is managed by a permanent, year-round leadership team, including dedicated directors for equestrian and polo, tennis and golf operations, with the children's camp coordinated by the resort's Family Program department.
