Is the deposit refunded?

It depends on who cancels.

• The family cancels within their 24 hours of free cancellation: nothing had been charged yet, so there is nothing to refund.
• The family cancels later: the deposit is not refunded. Your cancellation policy applies to the rest of the price, never to the deposit.
• You decline a request: nothing was charged.
• You cancel a booking you had accepted: the family is refunded in full, deposit included, and World Camps returns its service fee to you.
