A deposit on one camp but not on another

Some camps ask for a deposit on their residential programme and none on their day camp. You can do the same.

  1. Under Financials › Booking terms, set the deposit you want for your residential camp — for example a fixed CHF 1,000. This becomes the deposit for all your camps.
  2. Open your day camp in the editor and go to Safety & Policies. Turn off "Deposit for this camp".

That is all. Families booking the day camp pay the full price on the dates of your cancellation policy. Families booking the residential camp pay the deposit first, then the rest.

One thing is not possible: two different deposit amounts. Each camp either follows your deposit or has none.
