Provider — How World Camps Works
The two documents we ask for, and what to do if one is refused
Updated 12 Oct 2026
We ask every camp for two documents, under Business › Verification:
- Your business registration: a trade licence, an incorporation certificate, or your official business registration.
- Your liability insurance certificate, with cover of at least CHF or EUR 2,000,000 (USD 1,000,000 in the United States), valid for at least 60 more days.
They never stop you from publishing your camp or your sessions. Both are needed to take online payments and to be on Marketplace. The page shows where you stand: "Not started", "We are reading your documents", then "Verified". Once verified, your camp page says so to families.
If a document is refused, its own tile says why: usually a document that is not the right one, out of date, or unreadable. Upload a new file on the same tile and we read it again. Nothing else changes in the meantime.
