Provider — How World Camps Works
Why your camp does not appear in the results
Updated 12 Oct 2026
Check these four things, in order.
- Your camp is published. A camp only appears once you have published it from Review & Publish in the editor. It needs Basic Info, Audience and at least 5 photos. Sessions are published one by one, separately.
- The family searched with dates. A search with dates only shows camps with a published session on those dates. A session that is still a draft, or has no price, does not count.
- The family's other filters. Age, type of camp (day or residential), place and activities all narrow the results. Check that your camp page states them correctly.
- You just changed something. A change on your page can take a moment to show on the public site; see "When Your Changes Appear on Your Public Page".
Still nothing? Write to us from your dashboard with the search the family made, and we look with you.
