A session is full: what happens to new requests

When the last place of a session is taken, families can no longer send a request for it. What they see depends on one choice you make on the session, in the editor: the waitlist.
- Waitlist on: the camp page shows "Notify me if a spot opens". Families join in one tap. Nothing is charged and no place is held for them.
- Waitlist off: the camp page shows "Sold out".
On your Waitlist page you see how many families are waiting for each session, never who they are.
A place frees up in three cases: a family cancels, you raise the number of places on the session, or you release places to the waitlist from your Waitlist page. We then tell the waiting families, oldest first, one family per place. Each has 48 hours' head start to send their booking request. That request reaches you like any other: you accept or decline it, and nothing is charged before you accept.
