A family cancels after you accepted: what you receive

Everything already charged stays with you: the deposit, and any part of the price charged since. Parts not yet charged are not charged.
What the family gets back is set by your cancellation policy, applied to the rest of the price on the day they cancel. The refund is worked out and paid automatically; you have nothing to do.
Our service fee applies to the amounts you keep, as on any payment. Stripe pays them to your bank as usual.
The place is free again on the session. If families are waiting for it, they are told at once.
