Every camper, whatever they came to specialise in, shares the Adventure Village experience, and campers are grouped by age into Explorers, Go Wilds, Thrill Seekers and Mavericks so that activities, housing and supervision suit where a child actually is. Days rotate through six activity stations spread across the property, the Clear Lake waterfront, the Aerial Adventure Park and Activity Centre, the courts and sports fields, the nature trails and target sports area, the dining hall and event space, and the indoor activity centres, so a morning of climbing can give way to an afternoon on the water and an evening of games. Campers who want focused training add one of the signature programmes in Figure Skating, Hockey, Towed Water Sports or Leadership, taking coached sessions in the arena or behind the boats while still joining their group for the rest of camp life. Instruction follows a progressive skills model with a 1:3 staff-to-camper ratio, so beginners and competitive athletes work in the same programme at their own level. Threaded through all of it is the Top 8 Skills for the Game of Life, kindness, attitude, courage, excellence, teamwork, integrity, respect and responsibility, named and celebrated in daily camp life, and the week builds towards shared traditions such as theme weeks, Fun Friday, Variety Night and the closing ceremony at the waterfront amphitheatre.
