A very warm hug and gratitude to the entire Milton Abbey family. In these few days, something beautiful and unforgettable has happened.
Our children, once hesitant, unsure, and tightly holding on to comfort zones, have blossomed before our eyes.
They came with backpacks filled with essentials, but also with hearts full of questions and eyes looking for familiarity.
Today, they walk with confidence, speak with clarity, and think with independence. We’ve watched them make choices, solve problems, support one another, and step out of shadows they didn’t even know they were hiding in.
They’ve learned to fold their blankets, but more importantly, they’ve learned to unfold their courage. They’ve woken up not just to alarm clocks, but to responsibility. They’ve laughed together, stumbled together, and stood up stronger together.
Our children, once hesitant, unsure, and tightly holding on to comfort zones, have blossomed before our eyes. Their independence isn’t loud or boastful it shows in the quiet pride of tying their own shoelaces, managing time, or comforting a friend. It’s in the small decisions that speak of big growth.
We’ve seen a glimpse of who they are becoming resilient, empathetic, self-reliant individuals who are learning to trust their own wings.
We send them back home a little taller in spirit, and a whole lot braver.

Our 8 year old daughter enjoyed this camp over the 2025 summer - we only booked her for one week and she begged to stay for the second week! This was her first overnight camp experience and, as we were coming from the United States, we were anxious about whether it would be a good fit. Needless to say, she loved it regardless of the fact that she couldn’t speak German (she’s learning!). I’m writing this review as I hope it helps other parents coming from the States. We took a leap of faith with this camp and we weren’t disappointed.

I attended the Debla Summer Camp for two weeks and it was an unforgettable experience. Even though it was a short stay, I felt completely immersed in both the Spanish language and the local culture. The classes were dynamic and fun—my teacher, **Laura**, created a relaxed and supportive atmosphere that made learning feel easy and enjoyable.
The camp also included a full program of afternoon activities, which was a great way to discover Málaga, meet other students, and practice Spanish in real-life situations. Whether it was a beach outing, a cooking class, or a cultural visit, there was always something new and exciting to do.
Debla’s location is absolutely beautiful—just a short walk from the beach, surrounded by nature, and with stunning views of the sea. The staff and teachers were kind, professional, and truly passionate about what they do.
If you're looking for a short but intense and meaningful way to improve your Spanish while enjoying the summer in southern Spain, I can't recommend Debla enough!

Camp Twin Creeks was an amazing experience this summer for my two daughters! This was their first time at sleep away camp and we were thrilled with the staff and the individual attention the girls received. We loved the Dream Week option for our younger daughter, she ended up staying the full two weeks because she loved it so much! They are already looking forward to returning next summer.
My oldest adult child came to Camp Conrad Weiser for 8 years as a camper and CIT and continued working as a counselor thereafter. My youngest is now starting his summer at the mountains and enjoying every bit of it. This is the most affordable sleep away camp as well.
A fantastic experience in a beautiful location! Perfect for relaxing, exploring and trying a wide range of activities and learning new skills. The experienced staff are so friendly and enthusiastic, whilst ensuring the youngsters are safe and have fun and enjoy every minute. 😊
