How much does it cost to stay at RV Golf Schools – London, England?

All our camps come in 1 week blocks. Weeks can be bolted together to create a 2, 3 or 4 week camp. All camps start on a Sunday with an arrival day and finish at lunchtime on the Saturday. Those staying for multiple weeks will have activities on the Saturday afternoon and a sightseeing day on the Sunday. What is the cancellation policy and prepayment required?

Full payment is required through our website to confirm booking. Refund Policy: More than 3 Months Full Refund; More than 2 Months 50% Refund; Less than 2 Months No Refund

What health and safety measures are in place?

The safety of the children who attend our camps is of paramount importance. We want the camp to be fun, to be safe and we do everything we can to create the warmth and security of a family break away. Our staff are all experienced working with children and it is second nature to them all, to ensure all safety measures are taken, at all times.

What is the staff-to-student ratio?

Overnight ratios are 1-15 pupils, coaching ratios are 1-10 for the Development Camp, 1-8 for the Ultimate Camp and 1-4 for the High Performance Camp.

How are leadership and supervision structured at this camp?

Rick Valentine is the camp director on all camps. Rick has over 20 years experience running residential camps as well as spending 8 years as a housemaster of a boarding house. Each child on the camp will know who their primary carer is and will be issued a mobile number so they can reach them 24 hours a day. Our boarding houses are run by an experienced housemaster/housemistress and parents will also have an emergency contact number which is available 24 hours a day.

What qualifications are required for the staff?

Our pastoral team are experienced professionals either currently working or having worked in boarding houses within UK independent school. Our coaching team are led by PGA professionals and supported by elite amateur and college golfers.

Are background checks conducted on the staff?

All our staff are PVG or DBS checked before starting work on a camp (these are the UK child protection checks for all staff working with children)

How is staff training and professional development handled?

Staff are employed based on their skills, education and experience. All staff are required to complete an online child protection course before starting if they do not already hold a valid certificate.

How does RV Golf Schools – London, England address diversity and inclusion?

All golfers are welcome and included within our camps. With over 20 years experience in running camps we have welcomed golfers from all corners of the world from a wide variety of backgrounds.

What are the code of conduct and safety protocols in place?

Our camps promote a culture of fun, friendship and golf. With golfers joining us from around the world we promote a team ethos to work together and learn from each other. Our experienced team of pastoral and golfing experts work with the pupils 24/7 to ensure a successful camp for all.

What is the camp's policy on mobile phone usage?

Pupils require a mobile phone to stay in contact with their family whilst at camp, however the use of mobile phones is closely monitored. Mobile phones are not to be used during coaching or on course sessions. We also monitor the use of phones at night as a full nights sleep is vital for the enjoyment and full engagement in the daily activities. If pupils are found to be using phones after lights out they are collected in at bed time and returned in the morning.

At RV Golf Schools, we go beyond traditional golf instruction. We are excited to bring our London Camp to life in 2026, with golf coaching based at the outstanding Wellington College, offering world-class facilities in a beautiful and inspiring setting. The London Camp runs from 19th July – 1st August and provides junior golfers with expert coaching, great fun, and lasting friendships.

In addition to our London Camp, we also have two weeks in St Andrews from 5th – 18th July and one week at Dollar Academy from 2nd – 8th August. It is possible to combine multiple weeks across different venues, and our team will arrange and manage all transfers between camps to make the experience seamless.

We are very excited to be re-launching our London Camp in 2026, with coaching and golf based at the outstanding Wellington College. Wellington College is one of the UK’s leading independent schools, offering world-class golf facilities and access to excellent nearby courses. Pupils will stay in comfortable nearby accommodation and have space to relax when not on the golf course, as well as participate in evening activities. Breakfast and dinner are provided at the accommodation, with a packed lunch provided to enjoy on the golf course. We also run a tuck shop offering drinks and snacks..
