Why a Camp Page Says "Permanently Closed"

Why we keep the pageWhat you cannot do on a closed pageIf you think the camp is open againSome camp pages carry a "Permanently closed" label under the name. It means the camp no longer runs: the business has closed, or the programme has been discontinued for good.
Why we keep the page
Families search for camps by name, share links, and come back to pages they saved months ago. If we simply deleted a closed camp, that search would end on an error page. Keeping the page lets you see at once that the camp is closed, and shows you camps that are still running nearby, the closest first.
What you cannot do on a closed page
Nothing on a closed page can be booked, requested or joined. There are no dates, prices or availability, no message or question buttons, no waiting list, no wishlist. The camp does not appear in our search results, destination pages or rankings.
If you think the camp is open again
Use "Is this camp open again? Tell us" on the page. It opens our contact form with the camp already filled in; write what you know and we check it by hand before reopening the page.
