The Scientific Center Kuwait Summer Camp runs this science day camp in Salmiya, Kuwait. The camp welcomes children aged 6–12, with sports, languages, and water activities on the programme. Typically open June to August — new dates coming soon.
The Scientific Center Kuwait, on Arabian Gulf Road in Salmiya, runs a weekly-themed science day camp for children aged 6–12 through the summer, from 9:00 to 13:00. Each week explores a different theme — such as the human body or space — through hands-on science classes, STEAM challenges, arts and crafts, sports and field trips, with access to the center's aquarium and IMAX theatre. Sessions are delivered in both English and Arabic.

Each week of the Scientific Summer Camp turns on a single focus topic — the human body one week, space the next — and every session that week pulls in the same thread, so children build on what they discovered the day before. The rhythm mixes hands-on science classes with arts and crafts, STEAM challenges where campers question, research, build and test their own prototypes, and time set aside for sports and recreation, all delivered in both English and Arabic. Because the camp lives inside The Scientific Center itself, groups regularly move out of the classroom and into the attractions, visiting the IMAX, the Aquarium, the Power of Play and the World of Science. Wednesdays belong to the weekly field trip, which every camper joins and which is already covered by the camp fee, while the week closes with Thursday Funday — dress-up, extra-special activities and a friendly competition. Days run a compact 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM, giving a full, focused morning of exploration for children aged 6 to 12.

The day is bookended by a clear sign-in and sign-out routine: campers are signed in each morning at the designated area and must be collected promptly at 1:00 PM from the designated pick-up point by a parent or an authorized guardian named on the registration. Any camper still waiting after 2:00 PM is taken into the supervised Power of Play exhibition area, where a late fee applies. Families are asked to declare allergies or medical conditions during online registration so staff can look after every child properly, and the no-nuts food rule protects campers with allergies. Children need to be able to use the washroom facilities independently to take part, and behaviour is held to the TSCK code, with parents contacted about any incident involving their child.
Meals are not catered at this camp, so each morning your child arrives with a healthy lunch, a snack and a water bottle packed from home. The center asks families to leave out nuts and nut-based foods altogether, out of consideration for campers with allergies, and any allergy or medical condition should be flagged to TSCK staff at the time of online registration. Campers in the 6 to 8 age group are not permitted to buy anything from the confectionery stands during camp hours.

Camp takes place inside The Scientific Center itself, on the Salmiya waterfront, which means the exhibits your child studies during the week are only a short walk from the classroom. Over the course of a camp week the group makes visits to the World of Science galleries, The Power of Play, the Mijbil Almutawa Aquarium and the IMAX theatre. The site is fully accessible for visitors, and there is ample on-site parking for drop-off and collection, where parking fees may apply.
