Skouras Camp is a residential children's sports camp on the Kassandra peninsula of Chalkidiki in northern Greece, set among pine forest near the sea at Nea Fokia. Campers aged 6–16 follow a sports-centred programme that includes swimming, a climbing tower, horseback riding, basketball and artistic activities. The camp operates in Greek and English and keeps offices in Nea Fokia and Thessaloniki.

The day is shaped by the camp chief together with the entertainment team, and it flexes with the age and needs of each group rather than following one fixed timetable. Children move through it in their small groups with a team leader and a group leader: two different sports activities each morning, the sea or the pools in the afternoon, with sports and sea sometimes swapping places from one day to the next, then quiet time for table games and rehearsals before the evening show. Entertainment is treated as the heart of the programme rather than an add-on, with song and talent contests, treasure hunts, theatre, discos, dress-up parties, movie nights and pool parties running from 21:00, and the entertainment team acting as role models to make sure every child is genuinely taking part. Behind it all is a stated aim of building a small, well-organised society for children in which they learn cooperation, equality and respect for difference while they play. English lessons and, historically, computer classes sit within this same rhythm, giving the camp its sports-and-language character.

Children are never far from an adult who knows them: experienced team leaders are on duty around the clock, and qualified, licensed lifeguards and trainers accompany the groups to the pool and the sea and coach them through every sports activity. Each accommodation section has its own security guard, backed by a wider security team watching over the camp 24 hours a day. A fully equipped medical centre operates day and night, staffed by two doctors and three nurses with experienced drivers on standby for emergencies; if a child needs to be watched overnight, for instance with a high fever, they stay in the medical centre and the group's leader and trainer are informed. Beyond the gates, the camp works with the health centres at Cassandra, 11 km away, and Moudania, 15 km away, and turns to the hospital in Thessaloniki for anything more serious. Families are asked to arrange their own travel insurance for each camper.

Four meals punctuate the camp day in the restaurant, which the family rebuilt in 2013 along with the medical centre. Children come in for breakfast between 8:00 and 8:30 before tidying their houses, gather again for lunch after the morning sports rotation, are handed an afternoon snack when they come back from the sea, and sit down to dinner at 20:00 just before the evening entertainment programme begins.

Campers sleep in bungalows grouped into small named villages that have grown one by one since 1988: Athlorama, the original section, Panorama for the older children, Pefkorama for the youngest, Kentrorama, added in 2013, and Village, opened in 2016, while the camp's staff live separately in Trenorama. Successive rebuilds in 2012 and 2014 added bungalows with their own bathroom, and children share their house with their group, tidying it together each morning after breakfast before activities start.

The camp reads like a small village built up piece by piece since construction began in 1987, tucked into a pine forest five minutes' walk from the sea. Bungalow sections sit alongside three Olympic-size pools and a jacuzzi, an art workshop, a dance hall and a central theatre where the evening shows take place, while the 35,000 m2 Sports Center opened in 2015 gathers covered and outdoor courts, kiosks, showers and washrooms in one place. Football and five-a-side pitches with floodlights for evening matches, tartan-surfaced basketball and volleyball courts, tennis and handball courts, two horse riding grounds, a climbing tower with a flying fox and areas for archery and target shooting fill out the grounds, and the restaurant, canteen and 24-hour medical centre were all rebuilt or renovated in recent years.
