MEDICAL & DIETARY SAFETY - Tiered Medical Response: SeoulQuest utilizes a three-tier response plan for health issues, ranging from staff escorts for mild illnesses to immediate 119 emergency services and ambulance transport for severe cases . - Certified Staff: All staff members and mentors are CPR-trained, and full-time residential staff hold additional First Aid certifications. - Insurance Coverage: Every participant is covered by International Travelers' Health Insurance, with the program providing additional financial support for minor out-of-pocket costs. - Dietary Management: We maintain a zero-incident record for food emergencies by providing students with custom, laminated Korean-language cards that detail specific restrictions such as Halal, Kosher, Vegan, or severe allergies.
