Kensington builds its holiday camps around choice: instead of marching a fixed group through a set curriculum, the coaches present an eclectic menu of sports and activities and let each child decide what they want to take on that day. A summer holiday day runs from 9.00am to 4.00pm and is shaped into three activity blocks, one of which is always a S.T.E.A.M session, with breakfast after the first sport, a proper lunch break in the middle and tea time before the final session, closing with Parents Pick-up. That rhythm keeps energy high without tipping into exhaustion, and because everything happens on the campus of a host international school the group moves easily between courts, fields, pool and classroom. The team's founding idea is that school PE rarely runs long enough or offers enough variety for keen youngsters, so the programme is deliberately broader and led by coaches whose board brings extensive UK experience. Teamwork, inclusivity and the military values of respect, confidence and independence sit behind the fun, so children leave the week fitter, more socially confident and having discovered a sport they chose for themselves.

The aim on each camp day is a safe, inclusive environment where children can be active and try new sports without pressure, and the day is fully structured from the morning welcome through to the dedicated Parents Pick-up slot at the end of the afternoon so that no child is left unsupervised between activities.

Food is part of the day rather than something to pack: children arrive to a breakfast served after the first sports session, sit down together for a proper lunch break in the middle of the day, and are called in for afternoon snacks at tea time before the last activity of the afternoon. Breakfast, lunch and afternoon snacks are all included in the camp fee.

Host international school campuses in the greater Kuala Lumpur area
Rather than a site of its own, Kensington runs its camps inside top international schools, which means children train on proper school sports facilities for the week. The summer holiday programme is hosted at Sri KDU International School in Subang and Sri KDU International School in Kota Damansara, while the wider Kensington network also operates from Sri KDU in Klang, R.E.A.L International School in Johor and BXCL International School in Penang. The same campuses provide the indoor and outdoor spaces for court and field sports, the pool for swimming sessions, and classroom space for the daily S.T.E.A.M or arts activity, plus somewhere to sit down together for breakfast, lunch and afternoon snacks.

Family drop-off at the host school campus
Families drive their children straight to the host campus, either Sri KDU International School in Subang or Sri KDU International School in Kota Damansara, both within easy reach of greater Kuala Lumpur. The camp day starts at 9.00am, so children should be dropped off in time for the first sports session, and the timetable closes with a dedicated Parents Pick-up slot at 4.00pm after the last activity of the afternoon.
