Residential camp in Bremen, Germany
Summer Camp at Constructor University gives high-school students aged 16 to 18 twelve days of genuine university life on the green Bremen campus, taught entirely in English. Each participant chooses two of ten courses — from AI & Robotics, Programming & Algorithms and Chemistry, Biology or Physics research to Neuroscience & Psychology, Economics & Investments and Innovation & Entrepreneurship — and works through them in lectures, tutorials, exercises and team projects, with afternoon study support and a final academic event and graduation to close the programme. Students live on campus alongside peers from more than 40 nationalities, eat three meals a day in the cafeteria and spend their afternoons and evenings on sport, arts and social events hosted by student mentors. Excursion days take the group off campus to discover Bremen and Hamburg, from a city day to botanika and the home of Werder Bremen. It is a programme for curious teenagers who want to test university-level study, find out what studying in Germany feels like, and come home with an international circle of friends.
