Chiang Mai Climbing and Adventure runs this residential climbing camp in Pa Daet Sub-district, Thailand. The camp welcomes children aged 8–17, with arts & crafts, adventure, and environmental on the programme. Typically open July — new dates coming soon. Sessions last 1 week. Activities run in English.

Indoor Climbing Camp The Indoor Climbing Camp offers a supportive and engaging environment for young climbers eager to develop their skills. Campers will keep track of their progress in a personal log book as they practice both bouldering and top-rope climbing. Whether they are learning how to belay on top rope or safely boulder independently, campers will become more confident climbers over the course of the camp. You have the option to register your camper for a half-day camp or a full-day camp to allow for additional time on the wall. This camp includes 5 days of indoor climbing with options for half/full day and a lunch add on. Participant should wear athletic clothing. Climbing shoes, harness, and chalk bags are provided. Drop off and pick up from Progression Vertical Climbing Gym. Outdoor Climbing Day Camp Take your child’s outdoor climbing skills to the next level under the guidance of our experienced instructors. The Outdoor Climbing Camp is designed for climbers of varied levels to level up their climbing techniques outdoors. Whether your camper is a beginner or an experienced climber, our instructors will customize each camper’s training plan for the week. Campers will also receive a climbing log book, where they can track their individual experience and progress in specific skills. Outside of rock climbing, students will have opportunities to explore other activities such as rappelling and caving. This day camp include 5 days of program activities. Each day, parents will drop off their child at Progression Vertical Climbing Gym at 9am and will pick up their child at Progression Vertical Climbing Gym at 5pm. Student should wear athletic clothing. Climbing equipment is provided. A packing list will be provided. Outdoor Adventure Skills Overnight camp Elevate wilderness skills, first aid, engagement with the local community, and adventure activities in this immersive overnight camp. The Adventure Skills Camp is a five-day four-night overnight camp that will equip campers with essential skills for the outdoors. As campers engage with the local community and take on adventure activities, they will learn wilderness skills, forest foraging, and basic first aid. Participants will also set up tents and camp all four nights, making it a true adventure from start to finish. This overnight camp includes 5 days and 4 night camping experience. Drop off at Progression Vertical Climbing Gym on Monday at 9am and pick up at Progression Vertical Climbing Gym on Friday at 3pm. Tents, sleeping bags, and other camping equipment is provided. We will provide a full packing list for your child to bring the appropriate supplies and clothing.

All Facilitators are trained in child safeguarding practices to an international standard. All activities have SOP's and Risk Assessments that have been prepared and provided to our staff to be trained and well informed.

Where your child sleeps
All camps are set in the beautiful Mae-on District of Chiang Mai. Overnight participants will enjoy a rustic campsite in the shadow of Doi Ngom peak about 45 minutes to the Southeast of Chiang Mai City. Participants will sleep in tents provided by Progression. Most tents are 2 person tents so children will share a tent with another child. Bathroom and shower facilities are provided with clean water along with necessary camping equipment (Tents, sleeping bags, sleeping mats).
