BOUNCE runs its holiday programme as two parallel camps split by age, so children join the group that matches where they are: the Junior Holiday Camp for three to six year olds and the Freestyle Holiday Camp from seven years upwards. Rather than a loose free-play day, the structure blends fun with genuine progression, pairing supervised exploration of the park with dedicated coaching time in small groups of eight or five children per coach. The youngest campers are introduced to the basic concepts and movements of freestyle trampolining through play that builds coordination, balance, spatial awareness and confidence, while the older group works on correct gymnastic technique and fundamental skills step by step before moving on to bigger tricks. Days start early with the whole venue reserved for campers from 9am to 10am, before the park opens to the public, which gives coaches quiet space to teach new skills. Across the day children develop aerial skills, play dodgeball and launch themselves into the giant airbags, always with a coach alongside them.
Safety sits at the centre of how BOUNCE runs its holiday camps, and children are fully supervised for the whole day by the coaching team rather than left to roam the park. Groups are kept deliberately small, with eight children to one coach in the Junior camp and five to one coach in the Freestyle camp, and a minimum of three participants is needed for a camp to run, so your child is always working within sight of a coach. In the Freestyle programme correct gymnastic technique is taught from the very first skill, with a step-by-step progression through fundamentals that is designed to keep the risk of injury low as tricks get bigger. Venue-wide rules apply to campers too: BOUNCE grip socks are compulsory on the trampolines to prevent slipping, lace-up covered shoes are required for the X-Park course, the trampoline weight limit is 120kg, and the Olympic-grade performance trampolines are reserved for experienced jumpers over 110cm tall. Parents complete a waiver, which can be done online beforehand, and arriving about twenty minutes before the session start leaves time for registration and check-in.
Indoor trampoline and adventure park on level nine of Cineleisure on Grange Road, in the heart of Orchard Road
Camp takes place inside BOUNCE's Orchard Road venue, a colourful warehouse-style park tucked into level nine of Cineleisure where the whole floor is given over to movement. Campers move between freestyle trampoline zones, giant airbags to launch into, a dodgeball area and the Junior Jumper space built for the smallest children learning the fundamentals of movement. Older and more confident campers can take on X-Park, described as Asia's first 'Ninja Warrior'-style adventure challenge course, and Singapore's first Leap of Faith. The performance area and The Wall use Olympic-grade trampolines and are kept for experienced jumpers, which gives the more advanced campers somewhere to progress. Around the activity zones there is a cafe with a waiting and spectator area, open and paid lockers for belongings and washrooms where children can change, though there are no showers on site.
