Overview
Designed for those who want to be pushed beyond their comfort zone. Unlike many activities companies, we design our weeks specifically for teenagers; attempting to curate unique challenges and experiences that they haven’t had before.
Our Teen Extreme Week is based in Tirabad, Wales, and takes your teens out onto real rocks and caves around Bannau Brycheiniog (Brecon Beacons). No fabricated environments here… We will see how they cope against the real world in a series of challenging extreme environments whilst having the support of fully qualified instructors to guide them safely through. We also group everyone in to teams with each team getting assigned a pastoral group leader who will look after everyone and ensuring they're integrating well and are happy. We aim to make this your home away from home for the week whilst having an epic adventure.

Had a great time staying at the Tyr Abad Residential Centre. Beautiful views, great space for the group to hang out downstairs, a fire pit outside & loads of beds in the place. Tyr Abad is also home to two very friendly cats who were very eager to say hi. We were well looked after by Pete & team with axe throwing, archery, air rifles and paddleboarding.
This place is something else, if I could I would trade in my Xbox to be able to stay here every night.
I am so grateful to have had the opportunity to go on this trip, and nothing feels the same. I feel I’ve grown mentally and physically, and I spend more time with myself now trying to continue building myself, but it’s not the same. My journal from this week has become something super important to me, as well as my medallion. I bring it to school with me now, just in my bag. It’s given me motivation to speak more, and I think it’s going pretty well.
So yeah, I don’t have any criticism really. This was the best thing to happen to me in years.
