Overview
InvestIN delivers the ultimate work experience for school students. Based in London, our mission is to provide students aged 12-18 with an immersive experience of their dream career so they can make the right career decisions. Since our inception in 2012, more than 65,000 students from over 100 countries have attended our programmes.
Every summer, we deliver experiential career-based programmes for students aged 12-14 and students aged 15-18. With 15 desirable and competitive careers to choose from, each programme is designed and delivered by accomplished industry experts to equip students with a 360-degree insight into their respective fields. Industry-leading professionals design every one of our experiences, guiding students through authentic career simulations, interactive activities, inspiring site visits, personalised career guidance and networking opportunities. On our programmes, students will work alongside our industry experts, who will guide them through immersive career simulations and site visits to key industry locations, so that students can gain hands-on experience of the work professionals typically carry out on a day-to-day basis.

Programme Highlights:
- Engineering: Take apart a petrol engine at the largest collection of supercars in the UK
- Psychology: Visit a Premier League stadium to practise innovative psychological techniques used to coach elite athletes
- Filmmaking: Explore iconic film sets and studio spaces to create their own film scenes
- Art: Sketch the London skyline from an exclusive space at the Tate Modern
- Medicine: Visit a London training hospital to participate in a simulated ward round to treat patients
Accommodation
Single en-suite accommodation on UCL/UoL campus is available to book.
The accommodation sites feature comfortable and spacious communal areas for students to enjoy outside of programme hours. There is a cinema screening room, a games room, courtyards and sports equipment available. There are laundry facilities available, as well as kitchenettes on each floor.

Activities
Every programme has a unique timetable tailored to the industry a student chooses to attend. Each day comprises of a range of interactive activities, career simulations, site visits and networking sessions to equip students with a well-rounded and realistic experience of their dream career. Outside of core programme hours, students who opt for the residential package will take advantage of a wide variety of social activities to unwind and socialise with peers, including opportunities to explore the sights of London.

Covid Measures
There are no travel restrictions in place in order to enter the UK; you are not required to test or to provide proof of vaccination status, so you can book your programme place with confidence.
Health & Safety
Our safeguarding and pastoral team (SPT) is made up of vetted, experienced professionals from safeguarding settings: education professionals/learning support assistants and safeguarding officers students are supported by group leaders and the residential settings are overseen by centre managers, a 24/7 team of safeguarding officers and coordinators, as well as on-site specialist nurses.
