The onboarding steps
After you sign up, you'll go through a short sequence:
- Contact & Account — your information.
- Find Your Organization — your business details.
- About Your Organization — the basics, which also seed your first camp profile.
- Review & submit — a final check before your application goes in.
Verification, deposit settings, payment policies, your plan and Stripe are not part of this wizard — they come after you're live, on the "Activate bookings" checklist.
Your application is then reviewed. Applications with a strong enough profile score are approved automatically; anything else — including a camp with no Google Business listing — is reviewed by a person, and you'll see the status on your dashboard.
Documents are optional — they never block you
Business registration and insurance documents are optional. If you upload them and our team approves them, it's a positive signal on your public profile ("documents verified") — but not uploading them never stops you from publishing your camp or your sessions.
What actually gates what
- Publishing your camp profile is fully self-serve — you can publish a camp with no sessions on it yet, on any plan, no approval needed.
- Publishing a session needs one thing: the Child safety confirmation (a single checkbox under Account → Verification, confirming your camp has a child-protection policy, staff background checks and insurance — no documents to upload). If you're on a Pro or Premium plan, this requirement doesn't apply — you can publish sessions without it.
- Taking real bookings and payments needs a second, deeper review — the "Activate payments" step at the bottom of your checklist.
Where to check your progress
Your provider dashboard shows an "Activate bookings" checklist once you're live: Child safety confirmation, Sessions & prices, Deposit settings, Payment policies, Stripe Connect, and Activate payments. It updates itself as you complete each step — there's nothing to mark as done manually.
