Claiming Your Camp's Listing

If your camp already has a listing on World Camps that you didn't create, you can claim it to take control of the profile.

How to claim a listing

Go to the listing and use the "Claim this camp" button, or search for your camp from the claim page (headed "Find and claim your camp"). You'll need to sign in (or create an account) and confirm a few details: your role at the camp, and anything that helps us verify the connection.

How verification works

• If you verify an email address that matches the camp's own contact address on file, your claim is approved automatically and instantly — no waiting.
• If it doesn't match (a personal email, or an address not already on the listing), your claim goes to our team for manual review. We'll check the evidence you provided and get back to you.

One account owns one provider. If you already run a camp with us, a claim on a second listing goes to our team, who will move the camp under your existing account rather than creating a second one.

After your claim is approved

Once approved you own the profile and can edit it — up to 5 photos on the Free Listing plan. Adding sessions, prices and availability comes with a paid plan; you can pick one for the camp whenever you're ready.
