Your review helps other families choose the right camp. Here's how it works, and what stays private.

Who can leave a review

You don't need to have booked through World Camps to leave a review — you can review any camp your child has actually attended. Reviews from families who booked through World Camps are marked "Verified" on the camp's page.

What you'll be asked

Leaving a review has a few short steps:

1. Overall rating — required.
2. Category ratings — programme, care, safety, communication, food, facilities. Optional.
3. Your written review — optional, but it's what other families find most useful.
4. A few private questions — whether the camp's listed features matched what you experienced, whether you'd return, and a note to our team if you have one. These answers are never shown publicly; they help us keep camp listings accurate and flag anything that needs attention.

You can also add photos from your child's time at camp.

What's public and what's private

Your rating, written review, and photos are shown on the camp's public page. Your safety concerns, whether you'd return, your value rating, and any private note to our team are never published — they go to World Camps only.

Before your review goes live

Every review is checked before publishing. An automated check flags things like personal information, inappropriate content, or anything that reads as a safety concern — but it never decides whether a review is published or rejected. A member of our team always makes that call by hand. Reviews raising a safety concern are prioritised for review.
