Young people join us for tennis. They leave with something deeper: self-belief, focus, and friendships that feel like family. PTI blends high-level coaching with mindset work, sport science, and well-designed daily routines so each camper grows on and off the court. The goal is not only better strokes; it’s better habits and a stronger sense of self.
Training and coaching

Life at Eton
Eton’s environment does half the teaching. Historic surroundings, riverside walks, and first-class sports facilities create a campus that invites curiosity and effort. Between sessions, campers enjoy team challenges, leadership activities, and time to decompress with friends. Our no-phone rule approach helps them reconnect with the present moment and the people around them.

Tennis Programme (all levels)
• Placement & grouping: On Day 1, every camper completes a light assessment so we can tailor coaching groups by level and goals.
• Core training: Daily technical sessions, footwork and movement, themed drills, and coached match play.
• Tactics & feedback: Video-supported reviews, strategy sessions, and personal goal tracking.
• Mindset & resilience: Short, practical modules on focus, breathing, routines, and managing nerves.
Advanced Performance Track (by coach recommendation)
• Extended on-court hours: Extra court time focused on patterns of play, point construction, and match toughness.
• Match play blocks: Structured sets with statistical feedback and post-match debriefs.
• Competition prep: Warm-up routines, between-point resets, and tournament behaviours.
1-to-1 Coaching (optional)
• Private lessons: 60 minutes of individual coaching to accelerate specific goals (technique, serve, patterns).
• Fee: 120 CHF per 60-minute session (bookable on site; limited daily slots).
Multisport & Fitness
• Swimming: Supervised pool sessions for active recovery and confidence in the water.
• Workouts: Age-appropriate strength, mobility, and injury-prevention circuits.
• Running & conditioning: Tempo runs, agility ladders, and endurance games on campus.

• Local Windsor highlights: Riverside walks and historic town discovery activities, time permitting.
Signature Experiences*
• Wimbledon Championships visit: Planned attendance during the tournament window so campers can experience world-class tennis and see their heroes compete.
• Royal Windsor Racecourse evening: A classic local experience at the Windsor horse races, with staff-led supervision and a focus on culture and community.
*These experiences are subject to ticket availability, third-party schedules, and camp dates. If it’s necessary, an equivalent premium experience will be offered.
Evenings & House Life

Eton College sits beside the River Thames in historic Windsor, a short walk from Windsor Castle and within easy reach of Heathrow. The campus pairs heritage architecture with modern, purpose-built sports venues—ideal for focused training, safe boarding, and inspiring daily routines.
Tennis Infrastructure
Eton offers one of the most extensive school tennis footprints in the UK, with around 50 courts across the grounds, supported by excellent outdoor surfaces and floodlighting on key pitches nearby. Training bases include the Willowbrook site, which features tennis courts, hockey surfaces, and a dedicated pavilion for team operations.
Indoor Training & Aquatics
The Sports & Aquatics Centre features a 25-metre, eight-lane indoor pool with a movable floor for varied depths, plus a four-court multi-use sports hall—perfect for performance conditioning, agility work and wet-weather scheduling. The Centre has been recognised with an RIBA South Award for design and functionality.
Wider Sports Estate
Beyond tennis, the college’s estate includes extensive playing fields, specialist racket-sport facilities (Fives, Rackets, Squash), all-weather pitches and access to Dorney Lake, Eton’s 2 km Olympic-standard rowing venue—a remarkable setting for cross-training and inspiration. The grounds also include a 9-hole golf course, used for variety of skills and recovery walks during lighter sessions.
Boarding & House Life
Campers are accommodated in Eton’s boarding settings, designed around small house communities and calm evening routines. The college’s well-established pastoral care model, led by House teams and supported by tutors, fosters a safe and respectful environment for international groups.
Health, Safety & Wellbeing
On-site healthcare is provided through the Eton College Health Centre, staffed by doctors and qualified nursing personnel. Campus security and emergency procedures are robust, with clearly marked emergency phones and defibrillators located throughout central areas.
