Q&A
Our experienced leadership team includes a dedicated Camp Director and program coordinators overseeing language lessons, sports, and outdoor activities. All staff are trained in child development, safety procedures, and emergency response.
We maintain a low camper-to-staff ratio to ensure individual attention and support. Regular communication between camp leaders, staff, and parents fosters a collaborative, transparent, and safe environment.
All camp staff possess strong backgrounds in working with children through academic credentials or experience in education, childcare, or youth programs. We prioritize leadership, teamwork, and communication skills, with a passion for fostering growth and creativity. Background and reference checks are conducted for all staff to ensure the safety and well-being of every camper.
Yes, see previous section on Staff Qualifications.
By selecting trained and experienced professionals, we focus on delivering a high-quality camp experience without the need for extensive in-house training.
We celebrate diversity in all its forms and create an inclusive environment where every camper feels valued and welcomed. Our programming honors different perspectives, backgrounds, cultures, and abilities.
Staff are trained to support the unique needs of each student, fostering an atmosphere where differences strengthen our community and create lasting friendships.

Before going, my 12-year-old son said he would call us three times a day, but he ended up forgetting to call on some days because he was having so much fun. He especially enjoyed activities amidst Switzerland’s beautiful nature, made lasting friendships, and learned about the local culture, all within a safe environment. The hours of German language class during the camp were optimal, providing a perfect balance with other activities. The registration and planning process was smooth, with great attention to detail, making it stress-free for us as parents. It was a memorable experience he will never forget. Highly recommended for any parent considering a well-rounded camp for their child!
). In due settimane è possibile allargare i propri orizzonti. Nostra figlia è tuttora in contatto con amici conosciuti a Disentis, che vivono oltre Oceano. Sicuramente un’esperienza da consigliare a tutti.
This past July, my son attended a camp organized by his school. He said that the two weeks flew by because he had so much fun and enjoyed all the activities. He also felt safe and comfortable throughout the camp.
