The programme follows one clear shape all summer: Spanish in the morning, Spain itself in the afternoon. Students take 15 lessons a week from Monday to Friday, 9:30 to 13:00, in groups of no more than 16 and at their own level from A1 to C1, then eat lunch together at the school before the activity programme takes over the rest of the day. Afternoons alternate between four sports sessions a week and daily dance classes in sevillanas, salsa and other Latin styles, with a local visit and a full-day excursion adding the cultural dimension, and evenings bringing bowling, open-air cinema and a weekly party. Every Monday morning each student is handed a detailed day-by-day programme showing exactly which activity happens when, where the meeting point is and which emergency numbers to use, so the week is never improvised. Because classes deliberately mix nationalities and students live with Spanish host families within a short walk of the school, Spanish stays in use from breakfast through to the evening rather than stopping at the classroom door. Stays run from one to eight weeks with flexible start dates, and those who want more time on the water can add the sailing course at Puerto Marina in July.

Emergency procedures are clearly outlined, and our staff is trained to handle any situation.
breakfast
Prepared by the host family at home each morning before class.
lunch
Homemade buffet in the school dining room on class days; a picnic from the family on full-day excursion days and lunch at home on Sundays.
dinner
Home-cooked evening meal with the host family.
Teenagers stay on full board, so every meal of the day is taken care of. Breakfast and dinner are eaten at home with the host family, home-cooked dishes from the Mediterranean diet built around pulses, meat, fish and seasonal fruit and vegetables, and those meals double as the most relaxed Spanish conversation practice of the day. Lunch on class days is a homemade buffet served in the school dining room, right after morning lessons finish. On Saturday excursion days the host family packs a picnic to take along, and on Sundays lunch is back at home with the family. Special diets, from vegetarian and vegan to halal, coeliac and food allergies, are catered for both at school and in the family home as long as the school is told at enrolment.
To ensure that students fully engage in camp activities and social interactions, we have a restricted mobile phone policy. Students are allowed to use their phones during designated free times, but they must be kept in their rooms or safe spaces during classes and activities to avoid distractions.
