Pickup service · Geneva is the airport nearly every camper flies into, and if you request it a member of the camp team will meet your child there and escort them all the way to Crans-Montana by car or deluxe bus. The transfer costs CHF 200 one way and CHF 400 return per child. A morning arrival works best, as it brings your child to camp in the afternoon with plenty of daylight to settle in and find their group. On departure day staff help with check-in and customs formalities and, for children travelling as unaccompanied minors, accompany them right to the aircraft; campers leave camp roughly five hours before take-off, so a flight between midday and mid-afternoon is the easiest to plan around.

Families who drive their children in come straight to the camp at Route de la Moubra 43 in Crans-Montana. Arriving in the morning is recommended, because it gives you time to take the camp tour and meet the counsellor responsible for your child's group before you say goodbye. On departure day most children are collected in the morning and picked up by midday; if you can only come later in the afternoon, the administration team simply asks to be told in advance. During the session, visitors are welcome between 17:00 and 18:00, and other times can be arranged with the office.
