Overview
Institut Montana Switzerland. My Place to Grow. Since 1926.
Every year, we offer a summer camp of a lifetime on our beautiful Zugerberg campus!
Our Motto is Learn. Grow. Move. Meet.
Mornings are for English or German classes, where students boost their language skills with confidence. In the afternoons, hands-on workshops in business, science, tech, art, and creativity make learning exciting and fun. Evenings bring the magic – from dodgeball and trivia to karaoke or bonfires with new friends under the stars.
Weekends are all about adventure, with fun excursions into Swiss nature or exciting visits to nearby attractions.

Q&A
In the event of a cancellation, the paid deposit of 1,000 CHF will not be refunded and will be retained. Cancellation must be done in writing. A refund of the fees which have already been paid can only be considered in exceptional cases. No refunds will be made after the course has started. Due to high demand and the limited number of spaces available, if a child does not show up on the first day of camp without prior notification by the parents, the place will be re-allocated, even if a full payment has been made. In this case, no refund will be made. If a child leaves our programme early due to accident, illness, homesickness, other activities to attend, or at a student’s or parent’s request, there will be no refunds or prorated fees. In case of expulsion, no refund will be made, and the paid deposit of 1,000 CHF will be retained to cover any additional costs incurred, such as an escort fee. Expenses exceeding the deposit amount will have to be paid by the parents
We have a collective leadership team made up of the Activity Leader, Boarding Leader, Language Leader, and Camp Coordinator. These staff members support the School operations year-round. For the summer camp, we welcome additional staff members, many of whom return each year. Staff are divided into Teachers, Leaders and Mentors, who provide support and supervision across all areas, including activities and boarding.
We have qualified teachers with the necessary accreditation. For Mentors, we provide safety training as well as a structured induction day before the children’s arrival. This prepares them and gives them an opportunity to get to know the children ahead of time.
