Overview
H-FARM’s Summer Academy offers young people an innovative environment to foster creativity, build connections, and explore their passions. Participants will dive into technology, including robotics, coding, and AI, while also engaging in sports like rock climbing, horse riding, and skateboarding. Some will tackle climate change challenges or explore technology’s role in global peace. For young adults (14-18 years), the program combines creativity, technology, and cultural exploration, with visits to top companies and exclusive excursions to Venice, Treviso, and the Dolomites.

H-FARM’s Summer Academy 2024 aims to inspire young generations to see innovation as both an opportunity and a responsibility. Participants will develop key skills to become change agents by tackling real-world challenges through creativity and collaboration.
🔹 For ages 8-11 & 11-14: Programs include Robotics, Coding, AI, VR, Drones, Content Creation, and Game Design (Minecraft & Roblox), all combined with sports partnerships like AC Milan and Fundación Real Madrid Clinic.
🔹 For ages 14-18: A unique experience blending fashion design, coding, and entrepreneurship with visits to top eyewear and fashion companies. Participants will also enjoy tailor-made excursions to Venice, Treviso, and the Dolomites, including food tastings and cooking classes.
Academics
At H-FARM we adopt a methodology of creative learning, developed in Boston’s Lifelong Kindergarten. This theory believes that learning occurs best when people are engaged in the implementation of projects they are passionate about, within a context of peer collaboration. Our playful, experiential approach integrates creativity and learning in an engaging and challenging way.
Language lessons
To immerse participants in Italian culture and language, we have decided to offer a few Italian classes for those aged 14 to 18. But don’t worry, these won’t be your typical boring lessons! From friendly greetings to useful phrases for every situation, you’ll discover Italian in a fun and easy way, helping you sound like a true Italian!

Q&A
As per Italian law, customers who have enrolled in a course/school/lab have the right to cancel their reservation within 14 days of the enrollment without providing any reason for the cancellation. If a cancellation is made within this time frame, a full refund will be provided. After this period, cancellations will be subject to the terms and conditions outlined in the service contract. Please note that certain services may have specific cancellation policies and fees that are outlined in the contract. Participants are required to comply with the co-responsibility pact viewed by their parents (or holder of parental responsibility). GENERAL BEHAVIOR RULES: – Participants must behave with respect and tolerance towards everyone. – It is forbidden to leave lessons or any activity without first informing the educator or the teacher in charge at that moment. – Insults, intimidation, aggressive or violent behavior are prohibited. – Participants are required to respect the personal space and privacy of others. – Participants are encouraged to actively engage in the activities proposed by the H-FARM Summer Academy staff. – Acts of vandalism, theft, and the possession or use of weapons, cigarettes (including e-cigarettes), alcohol, and drugs are not allowed. – It is forbidden to damage smoke detectors or fire doors. – It is forbidden to damage or misuse facilities, furniture, and devices provided for the activities (edutech kits, computers, tablets). – It is forbidden to use motorized vehicles (scooters, e-bikes, golf carts) during the activity hours on Campus. – Access to the internet is primarily allowed for educational and instructional purposes through the devices provided by H-FARM International School.
To make participants’ experience as social and positive as possible, electronic devices are stored by the H-FARM Summer Academy staff during specific time slots based on participants’ age. The use of personal electronic devices without any limitation is only permitted in cases of documented medical necessity. Charging of devices will be done during daily activities or at night, depending on the needs.Participants from 5 to 14 y.o. may use personal electronic devices (computers, cell phones, tablets, game consoles, etc.) during the following time slots: from 7:30 AM to 9:00 AM and from 4:30 PM to 10:00 PM (residential schedule). Participants from 15 to 19 y.o. can always use computers, mobile phones, and other personal electronic devices (tablets, game consoles, etc.): outside of educational activities, specifically every day from 4:30 PM until 9:00 AM of the following day (residential schedule). During the off-campus trip, devices may be used by anyone from 7:30 AM to 10:00 PM.Any inappropriate or unsuitable use of electronic devices by the participant will be promptly communicated to the parents via email. Responsibility for any loss and/or damage to personal devices cannot be attributed to the H-FARM Summer Academy staff.
