With locations in the United Kingdom and the United States, our students can choose from a broad range of subjects, including English language, Music and Audio Production, Animal Care, Medicine, pre-university courses, and much more.
Established in 1979, Bucksmore Education is steeped in history and tradition with a track record of developing high quality and innovative academic programmes, within the context of the Bucksmore Education Continuum. Over the last 40 years, we have welcomed over 42,000 students of 120 nationalities to the ever-growing Bucksmore Education family where lasting friendships are formed and unique experiences are shared.
Accommodation
Bucksmore operates from world-renowned venues such as University of Oxford, King's College London, and prestigious boarding schools based in Oxford, Surrey and East Sussex.
Students studying on our courses will stay in twin or single occupancy dorm rooms, separated by gender on each floor, equipped with an en suite and dedicated private bathrooms, a single bed, desk, storage space, lockable safe and wardrobe. Towels and bedding are provided, with regular housekeeping services.
Students in London and Oxford will be close to shops, restaurants and all that the city centre has to offer, while the students in Brighton will stay on a stunning 80,000-square metre enclosed campus with modern teaching facilities, including state- of-the-art laboratories and newly furnished boarding houses.

Outside of class, students practice English through a variety of fun activities. These activities are designed to help students use their new language skills in social situations and make new friends. Our courses include a full range of activities, so there's always something interesting happening. Our goal is for every student to try something new during their course.
All our courses include many high-quality excursions where students can practice the language they've learned in class. These excursions are included in the course fees, so there are no extra charges, even for activities like going to see a West End theatre show! Each course is balanced with lessons, activities, and excursions to give students a taste of life in the UK while improving their speaking and understanding of everyday English.
Students enjoy a packed activity schedule along with two full-day and one half-day excursion each week. Each week, students go on full-day excursions to London and another destination. They also have a half-day excursion to a nearby place.

The safeguarding and well-being of all students on our courses is our main priority. At each Bucksmore summer school, all residential staff will have received "Level One" safeguarding training, and the school management team will have received "Level Two" training.

My stay with Bucksmore was absolutely perfect! The counsellors were all very welcoming and made sure that everybody had a great time. The classes were very interesting and I really appreciate that we were only 11 students in each class. The best part was how I got the chance to eet so many nice people from various countries.
I’ve met Brazilians, people from Slovenia, France, Thailand, Germany. It was so beautiful because it’s a cultural meeting and I’ve never met so many people!
