The safety and wellbeing of all participants are our top priorities. Our youth camps are designed and operated in accordance with the highest standards of health, safety, and child protection. All staff members are fully trained in emergency response, and safeguarding procedures to ensure a secure and supportive environment for every student. Key Health and Safety Measures Include: - Qualified Staff: All team members undergo background checks and receive training in child supervision, risk management and safety protocols. A certified First Aid Officer is always available in school. - Supervision Ratios: We maintain strict staff-to-student ratios of 1:15 to guarantee close supervision during all activities, both on and off school premises. -Medical Support: First Aid box and equipment is available on site and Group Leaders and school staff will seek professional medical support for any health concerns. Parents or guardians are immediately informed in case of illness or injury. - Safety Briefings: Students receive orientation sessions on camp rules, emergency procedures, and personal safety from day one. - Emergency Procedures: Comprehensive emergency and evacuation plans are in place and practiced through drills. - Transportation Safety: All excursions and transfers are conducted using licenced transport providers who comply with local safety regulations.
