Felsted International Summer School is run by Felsted School, an independent co-educational boarding and day school in Essex founded in 1564 by Richard Lord Riche and named TES Boarding School of the Year in 2023. The summer school is staffed by a permanent year-round team - an Operational Head, an Academic Manager, an Office Manager and an Administrator handling bookings, excursions and airport transfers - and 2026 marked its twelfth on-site edition. The school is an HMC member with a specialised safeguarding team and over 30 nationalities represented across the year.
