How to Book a Camp

Booking a camp on World Camps is simple. Follow these 3 steps to reserve a spot for your child.

THE 3 BOOKING STEPS

Once you've found a camp and selected your dates, tap "Book now" to start the booking process.

1. Select children — Choose which children from your account will attend. You can also add a new child during this step. Each child must meet the camp's age requirements.
2. Add extras (optional) — Browse optional add-ons like airport transfers, equipment rental, or special activities. This step is optional - tap "Skip" if you don't need extras.
3. Review and pay — Review your booking details, add an optional message to the camp, and enter your payment method. Payment is only charged when the camp confirms.

Good to know: You won't be charged until the camp confirms your booking. You can cancel for free before confirmation.

BEFORE YOU START

To book quickly, make sure you have:

• Added your children to your account (with their date of birth)
• A valid payment method ready
• Reviewed the camp's age requirements and dates

You can still complete these during booking, but having them ready makes the process faster.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER BOOKING

After you submit your booking request:

1. Request sent: The camp receives your booking request
2. Camp reviews: They check availability and your details. The camp has up to 72 hours to respond — less if the camp starts sooner
3. Confirmation: If approved, you'll receive confirmation and your payment will be processed

You can check your booking status anytime in "My Bookings".

Note: If the camp can't accommodate your booking, they'll let you know and no payment will be taken.
